Helping RTOs get the most out of Easy Guides

While the pictorial format of Easy Guides learning materials make them a valuable learning aid, they cannot alone do the job of a trainer. There are many ways to strengthen your training through the use of our learning materials helping you meet the formal training requirements of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF).
Under AQTF requirements, Trainers need to show evidence of how the learners’ gained understanding of the Elements and Performance Criteria in a Unit of Competency, including the underpinning knowledge and skills required.
It is important to show evidence that you are conducting a structured training program. It is also important to keep documented evidence of how you are covering the relevant elements in the Unit of Competency being trained to.
